CPR and AED Awareness Week Training
It’s 𝘾𝙋𝙍 & 𝘼𝙀𝘿 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙠!
On June 4, we hosted a life-saving CPR & AED training at UMC Learning Centre.
Participants learned to:
• Recognize cardiac arrest
• Perform hands-only CPR (100–120 bpm)
• Use the HeartStart HS1 AED with confidence.
Whether it’s Stayin’ Alive, Pink Pony Club, or Baby Shark, the beat can help you save a life!
A huge thank you to Mr. Ng Kah Boon for sharing real-life insights and to everyone who completed the training. You’re now ready to make a difference.
